If you are looking to add a digital DVB-T TV tuner to upgrade your Rover 75 or MG analogue TV system and you wish to utilise your existing factory TV aerials and antennas, our Rover 75 & MG vehicle specific phantom antennas will enable you to connect directly onto your existing car TV aerial loom and then connect to your new digital TV tuner for best reception purposes and will avoid the use of ugly and visible alternative aerials.
A Twin Diversity TV tuner Is Best
As your existing car factory fit TV aerials have at least two aerial inputs, we would highly recommend that you consider purchasing a twin diversity digital DVB-T TV tuner that has two TV tuners and two antenna inputs to take full advantage of your Rover 75 or MG aerial loom. If you have a single aerial input TV tuner, we can also provide a single phantom antenna for this but, the performance will depend on the strength / weakness of the local digital TV signals in your local area.
Where Do I Install My Rover 75 And MG Phantom Antennas
As our Phantom antennas are designed to fit onto your existing Rover 75 and MG factory aerial loom which will be attached to your factory TV tuner, you will require to install your new digital TV tuner alongside the existing factory TV tuner as our (vehicle specific) Audi phantom aerial extension cables are only 15cm long. Most Digital DVB-T TV tuners these days are small enough to allow for this and we have yet to encounter a problem in doing so.

Our phantom aerials come with a standard 10mm F-Type screw-in (Male) connection which is an industry standard for twin diversity TV tuner receivers, we can however supply our Phantom aerials with either a gold (6.5mm) SMA male screw-in adaptor or normal coaxial TV male adaptor, please select the option that you require on our phantom product web page.
